Some job listings and related data on this site are provided by third-party services, including Adzuna. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of such third-party content. By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that Job Genie App is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party job data. Adzuna is a registered trademark of Adzuna Limited. 2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our system.

4. No Guarantees

We strive to provide helpful tools for job seekers, but we cannot and do not guarantee:

• Job placement or interview success.
• Accuracy of all AI-generated content or suggestions.
• Uninterrupted or error-free service.

Our AI interview preparation tools are intended to supplement, not replace, your own preparation efforts.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Job Genie App and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Job Genie App offers subscription plans, including a Pro plan that provides unlimited access to premium features. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.
• Subscription Terms: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes affecting your subscription.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that time.
• Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may suspend or cancel your subscription if payment is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
• Free Tier and Social-Unlocked: We offer a free tier with limited features. Additionally, users may unlock premium features for 30 days by sharing JobGenie on social media. Social-unlocked access expires after 30 days and cannot be renewed.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

If your subscription is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Genie App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
